The MC Business & Economic Development Center (BEDC) promotes economic development in the community by providing comprehensive management, financial, and technical assistance and training to individuals, small businesses, entrepreneurial ventures, and non-profit organizations in the form of seminars and free, confidential counseling.
A regular activity sponsored by BEDC is the monthly Business Networking Breakfast, offer owners of small businesses and minority owned businesses the chance to network with purchasing representatives of large companies and other business owners to exchange information and learn of business opportunities.
