Dean of Distance Learning and Continuing EducationPlease join me in welcoming Mr. Michael Sanchez to Midland College! Michael is the new Director/Instructor of Transportation Training Continuing Education.
With the oilfield humming and the need for drivers huge, this program trains individuals to obtain a CDL License to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely within the rules and regulations set out by the Department of Transportation. Michael brings over 20+ years of driving and operational experience in the trucking industry to the Permian Basin local workforce. Michael comes to us by way of El Paso, Texas.
The TTCE program is located at the ATC while the rolling inventory for the program is often seen in the southeast corner of the Chap Center parking lot. Michael's office is at the ATC, Room 132, and his office phone number is 432-681-6317. If you're over at the ATC, drop in and introduce yourself...also let him know to "Keep on Truckin'"
