Lady Chaps Fall to 15-6, 4-1 in the WJCAC

The Midland College Lady Chaparral volleyball team suffered their first conference loss of 2012 following a 25-22, 25-21, 23-25, 22-25, 8-15 (3-2) defeat at the hands of the Clarendon College Bulldogs. Midland College, 15-6 overall and 4-1 in the WJCAC, are currently tied for the conference lead with Western Texas College. The loss to Clarendon saw the Lady Chaps suffer their second consecutive defeat after losing to Odessa College in the final match of the Midland College Invitational (September 28-29), which ended the Lady Chaps' seven match win streak dating back to August 12th.

The Lady Chaps return home on Wednesday, October 10th @ 7:00 p.m. in a critical match versus conference co-leader Western Texas College of Snyder.
